HELP! I need to burn the baby fat and shed the extra pounds!
A little too dramatic, no? =p
Some ppl may say, you just have to maintain breast-feeding
to lose the weight you gained while you’re pregnant, but I think for me, it
requires more effort!
Because when I was pregnant, I really MAKAN! Makan-tanpa-rasa-bersalah kinda eating habit. (Except for raw sashimi, sushi etc, I'd telan
almost anything.)
Being someone who always watches her weight, that's pretty
unusual. And when I gain, I freak out.
So besides going through the traditional pantang, the
bengkung and the traditional massage, I thought of trying this! The Japan diet!
“Japanese culture places an emphasis on quality, rather
than quantity, and enjoyment of the meal (eating slowly and appreciate every
bite/ taste), rather than just getting full. In this way, a moderate-sized meal
can be much more satisfying than a much larger meal.” Says the book.
The 12 steps:
My weight before I got pregnant was 47kg. After 9 months of
eating for two *lol*, I gained a lot of weight which in the end stopped at, 63.5kg!
I know!
16.5kg in 9 months?! Wow.

There are many things you can do to shed pounds, but losing
weight too quickly can be dangerous. The Japan diet do not advocate any
‘quick-fix’ solution which results in a rapid weight loss followed by an even
more rapid weight gain.

ala ok lg 9 bulan 19kg.i ni baru nk masuk 8 dh gain 21kg taw.huaaaa
awak tetap comel.. hehehehe.. masa pantang dulu saya pun sama.. berat badan saya tetap 58 kg.. mak ai.. dah takut dah.. makin lama makin turun dan sekarang dah tetap 50kg.. dah taknak turun2 dah..
it's a bit disapointing that you did not show yourself more often during pregnancy...i do think people always some kind of lost in style during their pregnancy and Hijabista like you should be able to guide us through that precious moment...I love all your maternity styles especialy the black and pink in the picture. Anyway, i'm sure that you'll be able to get back in shape soon...just try to embrace the motherhood at the moment..:)

mungkin boleh tambah exercise jugak selain daripada makan perlahan2..last time org bg petua kunyah makanan sampai 40 kali (fuh penat!) tp betul pun it do help you to enjoy the food.. i was 45kg before preggy and after deliver, 60kg! now i'm back to my somewhat original weight ( plus minus) after few years of delivering my second baby, haha.. punyalah lama.. i've done everything; you name it :) at least most of it, hehe.. owh, if you want to maintain the curves, you might want to try for body toning workout..
anyway, enjoy your priceless moment with ur little one!

why dont u try PB Corset (Premium Beautiful).. i dgr amai yg berpantang dgn PB boleh dpt curves yg dikehendaki.. then PB tu boleh mmperbanyakkan susu ibu.. theyollsss la kata.. i x sure..
Perhaps u need help in burning those extra fats. Like supplements maybe? Drop me an email at fshafina@gmail.com, and I'll give some suggestion. Ohh and, my suggestions would consist natural products and won't harm your breastfeeding journey, but instead might help u achieve that 2 years target :)
ps: I shed most of the weight that I gained during confinement period :)
